Twin needle hem details – Colette Patterns Mabel Skirt Sewing Pattern Review

I finished this lovely easy to make mini skirt a while back. Meanwhile I have worn it and washed it several times – it washes well!

It was my first go at using a twin needle. Love how much neater it looks.

The recommended size was too big for me so I had to take off more than an inch each side seam.

The fabric is a black ponte di roma bought from Leeds Market.

Love the contrast waistband.

There is a sew along here and I highly recommend it.

In time I will be making more of these definitely!
