I love Coco! Its been said. First one was a dress now the second one is a top.
To add a unique couture detail I crocheted the collar, hem and sleeve hem. These I made separately, blocked then hand stitched the on (long painstaking but well worth it!) The result is voila! But wait, there’s more!
So once I realised that I could not feasibly sew something for summer and start wearing it (on average i need 3 sittings in between a hectic demanding schedule that includes 7 month old twins, a 2 year old toddler ;being potty trained, a 4 and 9 year old). So, so, so…..I got to think about my favourite season of all time – Autumn/Fall! Yeahy!

I am going to Switzerland this weekend to see my baby niece who was born in July. Super Exciting! Decided to make her a dress similar to the ones I have made for my girls here and the grumpy owls here. HUGE difference in the finish and the time it took me to make it. I cant tell you how uber proud I am of the french seam finish and the neat bias binding!!!! Its so true – Practice makes……
